Mission Statement
Innovative Benefit Solutions, Inc.
(IBSI) has a mission to assist its clients in their management of employee
benefits. IBSI has always recognized the significant challenges faced by
corporate benefit departments charged with balancing the company's need to
control costs, while satisfying the workforce's demands for wide ranging
benefits. IBSI has responded to this ongoing challenge with creative approaches
and solutions to achieve this balance.
Our
strategic goals and objectives center around the following
- The continued development of our proprietary health
care product and supporting Prefferred Provider Network (IBSI
Passport) is our approach for providing health
care benefits that combines multiple plan designs and allows for increased
choice and responsibility while limiting employer risk (cost).
- Focusing on solutions to aggressively manage and
improve the health of our clients' employees/retirees by putting in place
comprehensive medical management programs that coordinate with benefit levels
to maximize affect.
- Providing an integrated administrative system.
This includes the incorporation of "Best of Class" vendor offerings that
exceed our core expertise. Centralized eligibility, billing and
collecting services simplify our multiple offerings.
- Focusing on Pre and Post 65 retirees for health care
benefit protection. We have designed many successful retiree carve-out,
fully insured programs.
- Providing clients with continuous improvement in
their benefit offerings by constantly improving administration, integration,
pricing and choice of benefits. As employees continue to be required to
increase their contributions, their expectations of value must be met.
- Ensuring that all account information is communicated
to interested parties on a regular basis and that specific requested
information is easily accessible to meet client's reporting needs.
Our role at IBSI is to apply an
organized, systematic approach to ensure that all employee benefit programs from
IBSI are effectively serving our client's populations and serving the overall
corporate goals.
We truly believe that we have
orchestrated a "Best of Class" package that has all of the tools necessary to
offer one stop shopping for an employer's entire employee/retiree population.
