IBSI  Passport - Best of Class, More Than Just a Claim

IBSI  Passport is a flexible employee benefits program designed to meet the needs of progressive employers and their employees. 	Step 2:	Because IBSI  Passport has five (5) plan options available; there are affordable options for employee plan selection, relieving the employer of the burden of choosing the employee's benefits.
	Step 3:	Employees then select the option and cost that best fits their needs.
	Step 4:	Employees make their selection one time per year and can change options at next year's anniversary date.
	Step 5:	Employers can determine if they want to contribute to a Health Reimbursement Account for those electing a lower cost option.
