Benefits Quote
The following information details
what is required to provide a customized, integrated benefits quote for pre
and/or post-65 retirees.
As you would expect, while all the
information that we are requesting is required, certain pieces of information
are more critical than others. We have specified below, the information that
we must have, by priority, to proceed with obtaining a quote.
Census data is the first component of
building a quote model.
